ANIMATIQ™ Return & Refund Policy
At ANIMATIQ™, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You may return your item within 5 days of delivery, provided it is:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Defective or Damaged Items If your ANIMATIQ™ product arrives defective or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at animatiqpetfeeder@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at animatiqpetfeeder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
